New patients are always welcome!

As we are a specialist clinic, patients are required to have their family doctor fax a referral to our clinic or go to a walk-in clinic to receive a referral if they do not have a family doctor.

Once we receive the referral form, we will contact the patient and schedule an appointment according to the issue described in the referral form provided by the Doctor. Patients are only seen for the issue that is written on the referral.
